Alcef Dien Educational Services

We aim to provide clear information about our tutoring, examination preparation and educational support services before enrolment or payment.
Payments are generally non-refundable once a class, programme or service has commenced. Where a customer requests cancellation before commencement, a refund may be considered at the discretion of Alcef Dien Educational Services, taking into account administrative, booking or preparation costs already incurred.
Where appropriate, we may offer rescheduling or transfer of a booked service instead of a refund, subject to availability and reasonable notice.
Exceptional refund requests will be reviewed individually and any approved refund will be communicated to the customer.
