Alcef Dien Educational Services provides academic tutoring, examination preparation, private tutoring, educational support and related services described on this website or in an agreed programme.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and completing agreed payments as communicated at enrolment.
Students are expected to attend scheduled lessons and participate appropriately. Schedules may be adjusted where reasonably necessary, with notice where practicable.
Our services provide teaching and preparation. We do not guarantee a particular examination score, admission decision or other outcome controlled by an examination body, school, university or other third party.
Materials supplied for classes are intended for the enrolled learner's educational use and should not be commercially distributed without permission.
Programme cancellations, changes and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
